Shipping policy
All shipments are shipped using UPS next day air. Most shipments will arrive on or before 10:30 am. Some rural areas have a delivery commitment time of 12:30 or as late as 4:30 pm, please email us if you have any questions. Next day air shipments are not “guaranteed” to arrive on time. No refunds or credits will be given for shipping under any circumstances!
Note: Shipping is to billing address ONLY unless other arrangements are made via email.
Our prized coral specimens and frags are shipped with heavy duty bags to prevent leaks, styrofoam boxes with cardboard shells, with heat or cold packs depending on environmental conditions.
If you have any problems whatsoever, please address concerns via the Contact Us form on our website or a phone call. We will respond within 24-48 hours.
Please note we do not ship right before and during major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and July 4th). The risk to live coral shipments is simply too high, due to the increases in overnight shipping at these times. We do not ship the week before Christmas, or the span from Christmas to New Years’s Day.
